ITEMS CONDITION
 
For any exchange or return to be approved and refunded, items must be:
— Unworn / unused
— Unwashed
— In original packaging with hygiene sticker and tags not tampered with
— Clean from any make up marks, deodorant marks, or any other marks
Any item received and found to not be in line with the above conditions will NOT be refunded by Mishelle Cruise Wear, and will be returned you.
While trying swimwear on, kindly:
— Try swimwear over your underwear for sanitary reasons

— Make sure to avoid over-stretching or damaging the fabric

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

RETURNS

Mishelle Cruise Wear will gladly accept returns within 7 days after receiving your items.
In case of returns, email us on info@mishellecruisewear.com mentioning:
— Order #
— Reason for return
Once the email is received by our customer support team, we will reach out to support you with the next steps and provide you with the address to send your package.
Things to keep in mind in case of returns:
— Items must be in original condition and packaging (please refer to ITEMS CONDITION above)
— Return shipping is at the customer expense
— Original Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refundable amount
— Once items are received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition and are eligible for refund
— If return conditions are met, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card
 
EXCHANGES
Mishelle Cruise Wear will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days after receiving your items.
In case of exchanges, you will have to return the items and make a new purchase for the desired replacement items. A refund will then be issued for the original purchase.

— Reason for exchange
— Items you wish to exchange with
— Order # for your new purchase
Once the email is received by our customer support team, we will reach out to support you with the next steps.
Things to keep in mind in case of exchanges:
— Items must be in original condition and packaging (please refer to ITEMS CONDITION above)
— When exchanging for a different size, color, or style, we offer free pick up of the item once you have placed a new order for the desired size, color, or style. Please note that this free pick up and delivery is applicable for ONLY one time exchange. If you wish to process a second exchange, a fee of 40 AED will be applied upon collecting the second returned item
— Once items are received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition and are eligible for refund

— If return conditions are met, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to return to your card
